HIPAA Compliance and Ringcentral
Exciting news for RingCentral users!
They have updated their End User License Agreement and Terms of Service (“EULA TOS”), effective April 17, 2014.
The updates include the addition of the new HIPAA conduit setting, which is a new option for HIPAA-covered customers to use the RingCentral service without impacting their HIPAA compliance. If activated, this setting will enforce temporary-only storage of customer voice and fax messages for 30 days.
